What a ride! John helped us purchase a short-sale that took about a total of 7 months to close. He also helped us sell our house prior to that and it was a difficult home to sell! While we were waiting on the short-sale to close, John continued to show us other possibilities in the event that the short-sale fell through. He never once complained about the amount of time that he was dedicating to us through the process. He was always checking in with the listing agent and trying to determine where we were in the process and what we could do to get it moving more quickly. It was a very frustrating process but John kept us rational and gave us good options to consider when dealing with each road block that came up.
